Who is responsible

What we collect

When you request early access: your email address, your region, where you would use Kiso Axis, an optional chair model, your fit-check result if you ran one, the language you used, the page you signed up from, the date, and the version of the consent you gave.

To protect the form from abuse we briefly process your IP address for rate limiting and, if enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile check. We do not store your IP address with your request.

Why we use it

To confirm your email address, to send you early-access news about Kiso Axis, to match your chair to a First Edition fit, to invite you to private sittings and to allocate First Edition units. We use it for nothing else and we never sell it.

Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting what happened before.

On the website itself

This site sets no cookies. Your language choice and the seat demo's memory are kept only in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. If we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Who processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and the database that stores your request. Our email provider sends the confirmation and early-access emails. Both act only on our instructions. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under the provider's contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed requests are kept until the First Edition allocation ends and for at most 24 months, or until you withdraw, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email from us contains a link that deletes your request immediately. For anything else write to privacy@kisoaxis.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data-protection authority; in Japan, to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
